Tracking Numbers
Tracking Numbers are used to track phone calls and text messages to a business.
There are two ways that numbers can be created via the API:
- Automatic Number Assignment - use search criteria to automatically find a number
- Number Assignment from Inventory - assign a number found in via Telmetrics extensive inventory
In addition to tracking phone calls, the following features may be added to your Tracking Numbers:
